Most founders build a strong foundation for their company.
Few build one for themselves.
Over time, the business starts organizing everything — your time, your energy, even who you’re becoming. From the outside, it looks like success. Inside, you feel stretched thin.
And when you’re not grounded, the company feels it. Decisions get heavier. Growth starts to cap out.
But this isn’t a growth problem. It’s a foundation problem — because pressure amplifies whatever you’re building from.
ThriveLab helps founders
become the person
their vision demands.
The future organizes your decisions.
What future are you building for yourself?
And who do you need to become to build it?
When you get clear on where you’re headed — and who you need to become to get there — you stop optimizing from where you’ve been, and you start pulling your chosen future toward you. And as that takes hold, everything downstream reorganizes — your time, your leadership, your company, your relationships.
How ThriveLab Works
ThriveLab is a five-month working engagement for founders and CEOs who are ready to realign their life, leadership, and company around a chosen future.
This work lives at the intersection of identity, beliefs, vision, operating systems, and company structure.
ThriveLab Puerto Rico
November 26 – April 27
We meet in Rincón, Puerto Rico at the start and again at the end — arriving for dinner the first night, spending two full days together, and departing the following morning.
The days have a rhythm: focused time in the morning, open space and activities in the afternoon, and dinner together in the evening.
Part of that time is spent in smaller groups or out in the water, on the beach, or doing something fun and experiencing the magic of Rincón.
ThriveLab Maine
May 27 – October 27
Same structure. Held in Portland, Maine.
Spring and fall in Maine are about as good as it gets — crisp air, vibrant colors, great food, and a place you’ll love being.
The Cohort
4–8 founders and CEOs.
This is not a networking group.
It’s a working room.
Everyone is building something real — and willing to be honest about what’s working and what isn’t.
The 5-Month Build
Over five months, the work happens inside the cohort — in conversation, reflection, and real application.
There’s structure underneath it, but the learning comes from working through real situations with a small group of founders who are in it with you.
Over time, we work through:
Identity, beliefs, and leadership alignment
Life vision and company direction
Your personal operating system
Role clarity and decision authority
Your business operating system and structural alignment
Integration — so the shifts actually hold
Twice a Month
After the initial 3-day gathering, we meet as a group virtually for 90 minutes every couple weeks.
These are structured working sessions.
We clarify what you’re struggling with and the decisions in front of you.
We examine how you’re leading — and from where.
We pressure-test strategy. We identify what needs to change — personally and structurally.
Monthly Private Coaching
You and I meet one-on-one each month.
This is where we go deeper.
We work on:
The future you want to create — in your life and your company
Who you need to become to realize that vision
Role clarity and authority
The structural shifts your business and life require
The personal patterns shaping your decisions
Between Sessions
Each cohort has a private Slack channel.
You’ll have direct access to me for focused strategic questions, along with ongoing dialogue within the group.
At the End
We come back together.
Same place. Same group. Different vantage point.
You take stock of what’s changed and decide what comes next.
Five months in it together stays with you.
Ongoing work with me is available for those who want it.
You leave as the sovereign architect of your life and business.
Who ThriveLab is For
ThriveLab is for founders and CEOs who:
Have built something great — but know it won’t carry them where they want to go next
Feel the gap between their current success and the life they actually want to live
Sense that how they’re operating today isn’t the level they’re capable of leading at
Are willing to examine their beliefs, patterns, and decisions — not just their strategy
Want their personal vision, leadership role, and company trajectory aligned
Value being in a room with other serious leaders committed to real work
This work requires ownership, honesty, and the willingness to change.
You built something great.
But you’re not living the life it was supposed to create.
So become the Sovereign Architect of your life and business.
If this resonates, take the next step.
